Job Description
Cottonwood Residential is looking to hire an entry-level apartment Maintenance Technician at Summer Park Apartments in Buford, GA. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- EPA certification Type II or Universal (plus)
- CPO certification (plus)
- Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
- Valid Driver's License
