Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Chocolate Master / Head of Chocolate Production to develop, launch, and lead a premium chocolate brand in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing the chocolate production facility, building the production team, and overseeing end-to-end chocolate operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in professional chocolate production, including product development and large-scale operations
- Proven background in setting up and managing chocolate production facilities
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to hire, train, and manage production teams
- Expertise in premium chocolate craftsmanship, quality control, and consistency
- Experience sourcing high-quality cocoa and ingredients
- Willingness to travel regularly to source ingredients and stay aligned with global chocolate trends
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
