Job Description
We are looking for an apprentice chocolate maker to work in collaboration with a team of 45 people, preparing our chocolate treats for our Parisian and international boutiques. The ideal candidate will be handy, passionate about chocolate and craftsmanship, and have a team spirit.
Requirements
- Prepare emblematic chocolate bonbons: black chocolate ganache, milk chocolate, perfumed, etc...
- Realize annexed chocolate products: amuse barre, choco-sticks, orangettes, fruits coated and tablets.
- Participate in the manufacture of innovative and creative chocolates during ephemeral campaigns and iconic events.
- Work in team on the different steps of creation of our chocolates: coating, tempering, detailing, moldings, decorations, etc...
- Respect quality, hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
