HR Director (UAE National)

Our client is a leading company based in Dubai, committed to excellence and innovation in their industry. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director (UAE National) to join their team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential
