Job Description
Our client is a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, committed to excellence and innovation in their industry. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director (UAE National) to join their team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives and foster positive work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
