Job Description
A reputable Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including strategic HR planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, payroll, and HR policy development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, ideally within construction, interior fit-out, or related industries
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams
