Job Description
Dynamics 365 CE Consultant role involves implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for medium to large organizations, working closely with client teams and business stakeholders. The consultant will be involved in business process and solution design, configuration and customization of Dynamics Power Platforms solutions.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions
- Willingness to develop knowledge of new functionality in Microsoft platforms
- Ability to articulate and present ideas and solutions in line with Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
- Experience with Azure DevOps is beneficial
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications are desirable
- University degree in computing or business discipline is preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
