The Dynamics Power Platforms & CE Consultant will be involved in business processes and solution design, configuring and customising the implementation of Dynamics Power Platforms solutions working with onshore and offshore development teams.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions
- Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and solutions in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications
- Preferably a University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline
- Experience in consulting and good presentation skills
- Confident in own ability and demonstrates this to clients and colleagues
- Good, clear communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritise multiple tasks accordingly
- Good problem-solving capabilities
- Client centric approach with emphasis on client satisfaction
- A proven track record of successful implementation of several solutions within medium to large client companies
- Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on proven functional experience in Power Platforms configuration
- Proven ability to develop a clear understanding of clients' needs and incorporate them into a solution
- Beneficial to have experience of Azure DevOps
- Knowledge and understanding of capabilities of D365 CE functional areas in four of the following modules: Sales Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Field services & Project services automation
