Business Excellence and Pursuits Lead - Infrastructure Advisory

Black & Veatch is seeking a Business Excellence and Pursuits Lead - Infrastructure Advisory to evolve the support for and accelerate growth of the Infrastructure Advisory organization. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances across the enterprise and bring a nuanced approach to leading us forward on this journey.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Chief of Staff, Finance & other enablement functions to drive continuous improvement overall in business management and reporting related processes, tooling and operating cadences.
• Lead ideation, development and execution of suitable controls, processes, and solutions to enable commercial, delivery and operating excellence including project execution controls, portfolio management, at-risk tracking and quality management standards and practices.
• Bolster key linkages to Black & Veatch sectors, including facilitation of pursuits, proposal and governance for bundled or integrated solution offerings with the sectors and other solutions across the enterprise
