Job Description
Join Black & Veatch as a Business Excellence and Pursuits Lead - Infrastructure Advisory and help drive growth and innovation in the infrastructure advisory organization. This role involves leading ideation, development, and execution of suitable controls, processes, and solutions to enable commercial, delivery, and operating excellence. You will collaborate with Chief of Staff, Finance, and other enablement functions to drive continuous improvement and enable frequent business performance reporting and triage. The ideal candidate will have a nuanced approach to leading the organization forward on this journey.
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years Business Development experience preferred
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience, has managed significant engagements, 10+ years in a business/consulting environment
