Requirements

• Support Black & Veatch’s mission, vision, values and objectives by providing coaching, training, guidance and policy interpretation to the Human Resources Partners, leaders and professionals
• Lead investigations on employee issues, complaints or other matters in a centralized Employee Relations function
• Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and processes, training and best practices regarding employment law and regulations, compliance and Employee Relations
