Aladdin Client Transformations, Vice President

BlackRock's Aladdin Client Transformations Vice President will develop a thorough understanding of client objectives and deliver effective solutions using Aladdin. The role requires strong emotional ownership, collaboration with internal and external teams, and leadership throughout the Aladdin implementation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a technical capacity, with a deep understanding of trade execution, post-trade workflows, and investment management workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years' work experience within the financial services industry, preferably in a technical capacity.
• Multi-asset understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Derivative and FX Trading
• Deep understanding of trade execution and preferably post-trade workflows.
• Knowledge of buy-side processes and understanding of investment management workflows
• Experience with order management systems and experience working directly with senior traders
• Familiarity with Execution Management Systems, Broker/Dealers, Dark Pools and other ECNs
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on approach
• Customer service oriented and experience facing off with clients
• SQL Proficiency
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol
