Job Description
At BlackRock, Alternatives Fund Controllers (AFC) play a critical role in delivering independent oversight, strong governance, and financial integrity across the firm's alternative investment platform. The Associate will support oversight of Net Asset Value (NAV) and fund financial reporting across Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, and Fund of Funds.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 5–9 years experience in fund accounting, audit, or asset management
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Risk and control perspective
- Strong communication and partner management
- Advanced Excel proficiency
