Job Description
BlackRock is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a high-performing team and drive excellence in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the financial services or technology sector, preferably at a premier asset manager, banking, or innovative technology organization.
Requirements
- CA or MBA
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or technology sector
- Proven track record for interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; advanced excel and modelling skills
- Experience with IBM Cognos TM1 and visualization tools a plus
- Demonstrated team leadership ability
- Ability to articulate and present ideas both written presentations and orally to senior management
