Expense and Treasury Finance, Vice President

Blackstone seeks a Vice President for Expense and Treasury Finance to lead a high-performing team responsible for treasury and expense accounting activities. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of treasury accounting or relevant experience, CPA, and public accounting experience. The role involves leading process enhancements, implementing scalable solutions, and overseeing accounting and reporting for treasury activities. Requirements

• 12+ years of treasury accounting, expense accounting, or relevant industry experience
• CPA required
• Public accounting experience required
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including accounting and SEC reporting requirements for investments and financial instruments
• Experience preparing financial schedules and supporting materials for SEC filings
• Broad knowledge of U.S. market practices and financial products across fixed income, equities, and derivatives
• Knowledge of foreign exchange hedging strategies and related accounting considerations
• Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity, a solution-oriented mindset, and a focus on continuous process improvement
