Expense and Treasury Finance, Vice President

Blackstone is seeking a Vice President for its Expense and Treasury Finance Accounting team. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, drive process enhancements, and oversee accounting and reporting for treasury activities. The role requires 12+ years of treasury accounting, expense accounting, or relevant industry experience, with a CPA and public accounting experience required.

Requirements

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team

• Overseeing accounting and reporting for treasury activities
• Managing external and internal management reporting
• Enhancing and maintaining the accounting module of the Treasury Management System
• Partnering with FP&A to support P&L forecasting and variance analysis
• Collaborating with business units and finance partners
• Liaising with internal and external auditors
• Managing SOX compliance and internal controls
• Managing foreign exchange risk and corporate hedging program
