Legal & Compliance - Transaction Lawyer, Vice President

Blackstone is seeking a 6+ years PQE transactions/corporate lawyer to provide support to its businesses based in Singapore. The work will be transactional in nature, covering the private equity, real estate and tactical opportunities businesses, across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of legal experience with a top tier international law firm, with a focus on private equity
• Demonstrated experience working on/leading complex and cross‐border corporate transactions
• Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting private equity and portfolio companies
