Legal & Compliance - Transaction Lawyer, Vice President

Blackstone is seeking a 6+ years PQE transactions/corporate lawyer to provide support to its businesses based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating the intricacies of corporate law and regulatory regimes, in a fast-paced, global environment, providing expert advice and support to our investment teams and portfolio companies.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of legal experience with a top tier international law firm, with a focus on private equity
• Demonstrated experience working on/leading complex and cross-border corporate transactions
• Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting private equity and portfolio companies
• Strong judgement and excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking skills, ability to work independently and proactively, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
