Job Description
Blackstone is seeking a Senior Associate for their Real Estate Private Equity Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and executing investments in Asia-Pacific, with a focus on Southeast Asia real estate and regional digital infrastructure. The role will involve performing market research, valuation analyses, and due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of finance experience, ideally in real estate, infrastructure or real asset investment
- Superior academic achievement with a Bachelor's degree with honors from a top university or college
- Strong analytical skills, project management, financial and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
