The Talent Partner serves as a strategic, end-to-end talent advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, designing holistic talent strategies that span learning, leadership development, engagement, and talent management.
Requirements
- Talent Development: Design and deliver management and professional development; evaluate and revise as needed
- Consult on employee development and engagement
- Provide 1:1 training and internal coaching; manage and recommend external executive coaching
- Talent Management: Act as bridge between business and COEs on firmwide talent processes to share best practices and drive greater consistency/impact
- Employee Engagement: Partner with OD and HRBPs to interpret engagement data and inform/evolve talent strategy
- 8+ years of experience in learning & development and/or talent; experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Strong team player and willing to âroll up sleevesâ
- Strategic thinker who executes independently
- Excellent communication, listening, and coaching skills
- Strong business relationship-building skills
- Effectively facilitates and instructs global training programs
