The Human Resources Associate will support the Regional HR Business Partner in enhancing operations and effectiveness across a range of HR strategies and cyclical processes. This role offers comprehensive learning in best-in-class strategic approaches to engaging, managing, and developing human capital.
Requirements
- Provide tactical support to Regional HRBP in executing HR processes
- Extract and organize data to generate insights for various initiatives
- Collaborate with Regional HRBPs and the Global Talent Development team
- Manage global mobility cases
- Oversee the new hire culture integration process
- Project manage or assist with ad hoc projects
