Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a leading technology consultancy in Singapore seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support their Co-Development Business Unit. The role involves ensuring workforce stability, consultant engagement, compliance, and seamless employment contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• IHRP-CP certification is desirable.
• 5–8 years of HR experience
• Experience supporting contract workforce or project-based environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and work pass processes
• Experience in engagement and retention initiatives
