Requirements

• Provide advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees in relation to Human Resource processes
• Liaise with payroll, managers and employees to ensure timely processing of timesheets and resolution of pay related matters
• Manage HR reporting as directed by the HR Manager
• Monitor, review, and update all HR policies and ensure these are in line with current legislation
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry and systems processing
