Job Description
Blackstone is seeking a Regulatory Attorney, AVP to work on compliance-related matters involving the investment businesses. The role will support senior members of Compliance and Legal teams, devise compliance policies, draft communications, and provide regulatory advice to investment professionals.
Requirements
- Support senior members of Compliance and Legal teams on compliance and regulatory matters
- Devise compliance and regulatory policies, procedures, controls, and training
- Draft and review disclosures and communications to investors and business professionals
- Provide regulatory and compliance advice to investment professionals
- Respond to requests from regulators, prepare for regulatory examinations, and conduct mock examinations
