Job Description
Blake & Pendleton Service Technicians provide maintenance and repair support for customers in manufacturing, utility, forestry, or mining industries. They require a high degree of experience, a desire for improvement, and a commitment to safety. The role involves fixing compressors, motors, and other equipment, and often working after hours and on-call.
Requirements
- Skilled in troubleshooting 120V control circuits
- Must be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair single phase and 3Phase motor control circuits
- Must be able to properly use multimeters, ampmeters, and inverters
- Must be able to successfully perform the above while meeting the Company and customer's safety requirements
- Read and comprehend P&I drawings
- Read and comprehend P&I drawings
- Read and comprehend P&I drawings
- Must be able to properly use rigging equipment safely
- Knowledge of different types of piping
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
- EPA certifications with Freon experience a plus
