Control Management Consultant

Blend is a premier AI services provider seeking a Control Management Consultant to join a financial services client. The role will support marketing activities, advising partners on balancing business growth and control environment. The individual will partner with control management professionals, manage end-to-end compliance processes, and support large-scale operational risk programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence, collaborate cross-functionally, build strong stakeholder relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Experience supporting multiple large-scale operational risk programs
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and ad hoc tasks simultaneously
• Ability to take a leadership role in partnering with colleagues to meet deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple business groups
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of operational risk governance and management frameworks
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in risk management, marketing, operations, compliance, audit, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required, experience with Visio nice to have
