Blind Squirrel Games is seeking a highly organized and bilingual Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, human resources functions, and financial processes in our Manizales office.
Requirements
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Collaborate with BSG Recruiting team
- Administer benefits, leave tracking, and compliance with local labor laws
- Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor regulations and company policies
- Prepare and process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and reconciliation
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and supplies
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers
