Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or process improvement
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth or healthcare environment
• Proven ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives from concept to completion
• Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and process improvement
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and light technical solutioning or automation
