Job Description
The Director of IDEA & Youth Programs provides spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for youth initiatives, aligning programs with the organization’s mission by supporting students and families academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Requirements
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for Youth Services directors and the Wraparound Afterschool Program.
- Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Foster a Christ-centered team culture through spiritual leadership, mentorship, and regular team meetings.
