Job Description
Westminster Presbyterian Church is seeking a Director of Youth and Family Ministries to lead middle and high school students, their families, and the community in Christ-centered ministry. The successful candidate will cultivate relationships, recruit volunteer leaders, and equip parents to foster a discipleship culture.
Requirements
- Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Clear calling and passion to work with youth and families
- Effective leadership and relationship building with students, parents, and volunteers
- Ability to counsel in times of crisis
- Successful track record in recruiting, training, and equipping volunteer leaders
- Excellent multi-channel communication skills
- Minimum college degree
