Director of Children and Family Ministry- Westminster Presbyterian Church

The Director of Children and Family Ministry will lead, develop, and oversee ministry for children (birth through 5th grade) and their families, creating a biblically based, Christ-centered, safe, and engaging environment where children can receive a firm foundation for a growing relationship with God.

Requirements

• A mature and growing faith in Christ, with a passion for nurturing the faith of children and families
• Knowledge and love of Scripture as the Word of God
• Commitment to the essential tenets of ECO
• Prior experience leading children’s ministry in a church or Christian ministry setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to build warm, meaningful relationships with children, parents, and volunteers
• Facility with technology and media for communication and teaching
• Bachelor’s degree
