The Supervisor of Behavior Services is responsible for behavioral assessment, program development, and oversight of behavioral services within Adult Residential and Day Programs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or another related human services field
- 3 years’ experience with IDD/DD population (individual with developmental disabilities) required
- 3 years’ experience with adults preferred
- SCIP & CPR certifications preferred
- BCBA highly preferred
