Strategic Account Manager

Square is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with top sellers in the Food and Beverage vertical, grow account-based revenue, and serve as a voice of the seller with Product Teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
• Experience Managing, retaining and growing a book of business
• Consistent over-performance on key sales or customer success metrics
• Remarkable discovery skills with customers
• A technical solutioning framework
• Proven experience managing multiple projects
• Contract and/or pricing negotiations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and strategic problem solving capabilities
• Restaurant experience and/or F&B Technology experience preferred
