Manufacturing Team Lead

At Bloom Energy, we are looking for a Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team in Fremont, CA. This role will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining on-the-floor manufacturing activities, ensuring quality requirements are met, and training technical team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead teams
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player
• Must demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail
