Manufacturing Team Lead

Bloom Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to join their team in Fremont, CA. The role involves maintaining on-the-floor manufacturing activities, ensuring safety and quality, and leading a team of technical members. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in lean manufacturing and standardized work practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead teams
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player
• Must demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail
• Familiar with lean manufacturing terminology principles
• Experience creating standardized work
• Experience completing station audits
• Experience completing process technician responsibilities preferred
