Manufacturing Team Lead

We are looking for a Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies, responsible for maintaining on-the-floor manufacturing activities while ensuring they are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with EHS policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate cross-functionally
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead teams
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player
• Must demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail
• Familiar with lean manufacturing terminology principles
• Experience creating standardized work
• Experience completing station audits
• Experience completing process technician responsibilities preferred
• Must be flexible to work fluctuating schedules if needed
• Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must have manual dexterity.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
