Manufacturing Team Lead

This position will work as a Manufacturing Team Lead in Fremont, California, reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor. The role will be responsible for maintaining on-the-floor manufacturing activities, ensuring quality requirements are met, and training technical team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead teams
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player
• Must demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail
• Familiar with lean manufacturing terminology principles
• Experience creating standardized work
• Experience completing station audits
• Experience completing process technician responsibilities preferred
