Job Description
Bloom Healthcare is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to help build their primary care and hospice practice in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-touch, relationship-centered primary care and be passionate about building a new market and shaping growth.
Requirements
- Active or eligible Missouri license
- Passion for high-touch, relationship-centered primary care
- Interest in building a new market and shaping growth
- Comfort working autonomously within a high-collaboration team model
- Curiosity, initiative, and a builder’s mindset
