Job Description
Bloom Healthcare is launching in St. Louis and looking for a nurse practitioner to help build and shape the direction of the market. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary care through at-home and senior living visits, managing a patient population, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active or eligible Missouri license
- Passion for high-touch, relationship-centered primary care
