Job Description
Bloom Healthcare is hiring a Lead Physician to establish their clinical presence in St. Louis. The physician will provide direct patient care, mentor nurse practitioners, and shape care delivery in the region.
Requirements
- MD/DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Hospice, Palliative, or related primary care specialty
- Eligible for licensure in Missouri and able to practice in the St. Louis region
- Comfort working with medically complex older adults (multi-morbidity, polypharmacy, care coordination)
