Job Description
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Primary Care in Independence, MO. As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to our Associate Medical Director and be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell US-24 clinic. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and take a hands-on approach in addressing patient needs and understanding how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
