AI-powered content platform for leading brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President of Field Operations. With their recent Series C, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling company of 240 employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth startup
- Previous experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Revenue leaders
- Detailed and highly organized with meticulous attention to follow-through
- Proactively anticipate needs and look around corners to identify inefficiencies and solve problems before they arise
- Positive, high-energy, and approachable team player
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with a sense of urgency and quickness
- Responsive and available, especially during domestic and international travel periods
