Job Description
Business Development Strategy Director responsible for leading the Business Development and Strategy group for the Sales and Service division. Develops pipeline of exceptional sales talent and drives top of funnel pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Manage a team of Business Development and Strategy managers and their teams
- Develop, manage and execute vision for the Sales Associate program
- Partner with multiple teams to achieve commercial objectives
- Analyze structure and determine coverage model assessments
- Lead refinement of Sales Associate role-based processes and best practices
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement of processes and best practices
- Hire, develop and performance manage teams
