We are looking for a sourcing specialist to partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to build sustainable, high-quality talent pipelines across Corporate Functions. The role will involve developing long-term candidate generation strategies, mapping talent markets, uncovering passive and hard-to-reach professionals and positioning Bloomberg compellingly to high-calibre corporate talent.
Requirements
- Develop and execute sustainable candidate generation strategies across Corporate Functions disciplines
- Identify and engage high-quality passive talent using advanced research, headhunting and market-mapping techniques
- Build and maintain proactive, diverse pipelines for critical and niche roles across EMEA and AMER
- Partner closely with Recruiters to ensure alignment on search strategy, calibration, candidate quality and market positioning
- Provide market intelligence including competitor analysis, talent availability insights and compensation trends to inform hiring strategy
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bloomberg, delivering thoughtful, high-quality candidate engagement
- Manage and nurture prospective candidates for current and future opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of search activity and candidate engagement within the ATS/CRM
- Continuously refine sourcing approaches, tools and methodologies to increase effectiveness and impact
