Technical Account Manager - OTC Pricing role supports new and existing content partners by handling incoming queries, technical issues, and proactively working with partners to deliver OTC pricing content in an accurate, timely, and effective manner.

- Experience in finding technical solutions to help automate or improve content partners' data workflows and find efficiencies
- Keen interest and understanding of financial markets, including demonstrated experience of at least one of the asset classes e.g. Equities or Derivatives or Fixed Income etc.
- Knowledge of FIX Connectivity and the following programming languages: Python, SQL and VBA
- Experience in using business intelligence to identify gaps and trends, or opportunities for product enhancements
- Experience in data analytics tools; business intelligence tools or similar
- Prior experience working as an Account Manager in a tech-focused organization
