Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS
- Proven track record of achieving at least 95% of annual quota and consistently meeting 90% of monthly targets
- Strong desire to continuously learn and improve through feedback, self-reflection, and exploration
- Self-sourcing capability to generate 30% of total deals through proactive efforts
- Salesforce proficiency to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Expert product knowledge of Bloomerang solutions and ability to communicate their value
