Account Manager Level 3

Bloomerang is a mission-driven company that champions the power and potential of nonprofits. We're looking for an Account Manager to expand business within existing accounts and drive long-term client success.

Requirements

• Own and manage the full expansion sales cycle
• Identify and qualify upsell opportunities
• Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries
• Actively prospect into assigned accounts
• Qualify leads based on BANT criteria
• Drive outbound outreach to engage existing customers
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our SaaS products
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and leads
