
Job description
The Account Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and tracking client specific projects throughout BluSky and addressing any issues or hurdles that may lead to a negative client experience. This role plays a crucial role in supporting operations that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs.
Monitor and track client projects, provide excellent customer experience, escalate issues internally, monitor compliance, perform data entry, and coordinate with team members.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. The ideal candidate is comfortable interfacing with clients and has a willingness to suggest areas for improvement and escalate matters.
