As an Account Support Analyst at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will support the organization in achieving revenue goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate billing, process improvement, product setup, user access, and meeting customer invoicing requirements. You will apply your business acumen, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills across various departments within our company.
Requirements
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.
- Customer service, organizational proficiency, adept problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Previous billing experience.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret contracts and extract billing-relevant data.
- Experience working with internal systems and cross-functional teams (sales, onboarding, product).
- General knowledge/ability to quickly learn the contract and pricing processes in our back-office systems.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- High School diploma required.
