Account Support Analyst

Account Support Analyst role at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, responsible for order validation process in Salesforce.com, working with international sales team and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Be able to multi-task effectively within agreed upon deadlines whilst managing own workload
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines whilst being flexible
• Display excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
• Have excellent working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office package
